Skin Care Tips :
SKIN CARE TIPS :
Your face area includes your face + neck + décolleté. It is recommended to cleanse and apply products on your entire face area, from forehead to chest. These areas usually see the light of day together, therefor should be taken care of in a similar manner.
When cleansing and rinsing your skin, it is best to use warm to cool temperature water. Hot water can dry out the skin more. I understand that it may be convenient, but try not to cleanse your skin in the shower, the water is usually too hot. If you do, rinse your skin once out of the shower with cool water before applying skin care products.
When applying creams, it is best to rub product into palms and then blot onto skin, as to not pull on the skin with a wiping motion. If you need to wipe, just be gentle, especially around the eye area.
Always use a clean spatula or new Q-Tip when getting creams out of containers. I recommend not using your fingers to keep your products as clean as possible. This will help your products last longer, and not harbor bacteria.

Good Morning ladies <3 If you are interested in having a set appointment, and prefer a specific time or day – it might be nice to set up several wax appointments at a time, so that we can ensure that you are able to get that appointment spot. If you are interested in doing this please let me know, and I will be happy to schedule your appointments out. I am flexible too, if once a time is pre-scheduled, and you’d prefer to change it, I am happy to do so :]
Jan 15 & Jan 16 :
I will be working only Jan 15 & Jan 16 – Thursday & Friday – of that week. I still have a couple spots available on both days. After that shorter week, I will be back to my usual T/W/TH 9am to 7pm schedule <3

Dry Skin :
This cold weather has been drying my skin out! This helps save my dry skin in these colder months. You can do the same routine for your feet as well with cotton socks <3

Is it true waxing makes hair grow back thicker and darker?
No. The myth that hairs grow back thicker, more abundant and darker after waxing is completely untrue. Your hairs will never grow back in darker than your natural hair color from any waxing service. In areas that are frequently exposed to sunlight, such as your forearms, it can seem like the hairs grow back darker after waxing. But that is because the original hairs had time to lighten from sunlight exposure. Wax services help to lessen, minimize and thin your hairs. It does nothing to affect hair color.
