• My Commitment to You. My goal is to help you enhance your natural features, and I will constantly strive to provide you with the highest-quality Body Waxing and Brow Tinting Services. I value communication and will clearly communicate with you about any preparation instructions, follow-up information, or scheduling details related to your Services. I will also offer you the opportunity to communicate with me with any questions, concerns or requests so we can be on the same page before we begin your service(s). I will care for you through the art of waxing while sharing a relaxing and calm space.

• Qualifications. I hold the following professional qualifications and certifications: I am a licensed Esthetician from The Euro Institute of Skin Care, and I have a Certificate in Advanced Waxing Techniques and a Certificate in Brazilian Waxing Techniques.

• Scope of Practice. My Services include Body Waxing and Brow Tinting, as well as a range of skincare and brow makeup products to complement these services.

• Not Professional Medical Advice. Please know that I only have the qualifications listed above and that the scope of my practice in offering my services is not professional medical treatment or advice. I recommend you seek professional medical advice if you have any condition that should be diagnosed or treated before you engage with me.

• Working Together. Just as you invest in me, I also invest time and energy in you. For you to gain the most from my Services, please show up on time for your appointments and honor my cancellation policy. This allows me to plan accordingly and possibly offer your canceled appointment to another. For the best results, please ensure sufficient hair growth before your session so that I can offer you exceptional service.  If you are not feeling well, please let us reschedule for another time when you are feeling better.

• Payment. Payment is accepted by card, check and cash, and is due at the time of your appointment. You may elect to keep a credit card or other method on file with me. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder give permission to me and WAX by Danielle to charge the card for any received session, missed session and/or cancellation fees (if applicable) accrued in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed below. If your credit or debit card is declined when charged, scheduling future Services will be suspended, pending you updating your payment information and paying the amount due in full. It is common for the bank or lender managing the chargeback dispute on your behalf to keep fees and administration costs, which result in a loss for WAX by Danielle for the services already rendered.  You will also be responsible for any fees and administration costs taken from us due to a chargeback issue that ends with a determination in favor of WAX by Danielle.  My Services, including descriptions and rates, are available here on my website. I do not offer discounted packages nor expect (or accommodate) any gratuity payments. Your total cost will be the value of the Services plus any additional products purchased and applicable taxes.

• Termination.  You and I both hold the right to stop working together for any reason at any time.

• Cancellations and Refunds. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice, allowing me to offer the appointment to another client. Failure to give proper notice may result in you being charged for the late cancellation or missed appointment.  I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your service for any reason without 24 hours notice. All Service and Training Lesson sales are final, I do not provide any refunds. For merchandise, if you receive any defective items or products, please contact me within seven (7) days with a photograph of the defective item and a detailed email. I will assess and either refund or replace the item.

• Fluctuation of Payments. I reserve the right to adjust my prices and will always provide at least 30 days' notice. I will do my best to inform you and update my website in good time to ensure you are aware of any changes.

• No Guarantees. WAX by Danielle cannot guarantee the success of or any particular outcome from the Services. I promise to allow you the opportunity to share any possible contraindications beforehand so that I can provide you with the best service and result.

• Ownership of Materials. All the content I provide, including but not limited to my website, images and illustrations, training material, documents, and PDFs, are all created and owned by me and are copyright protected.
